One of best ways to choose a builder is to ask other people what their experience with them was like. Did they have a good experience overall? Ask them about the quality of the build and the finished product, were they able to deal with the builder the whole way through the build process, did they have a dedicated pre-start consultant that was helpful, did they have good customer service? Check out the builders testimonials from past clients.
Ask the builder what percentage of their work is via word of mouth and referrals. A good builder will have a very high percentage!
